Monthly, quarterly and yearly servicing and testing are an essential part of the installed system, with the yearly discharge test of the standby battery power being most important. Our engineers will always ensure that your system, and your building occupants, are looked after in a safe and secure environment.
Most emergency lighting schemes fall into one of the following categories:
Maintained: the emergency light units are illuminated at all times, using the same lamps for both normal and emergency operation. This lighting would normally be on a dedicated circuit with a central isolation and test facility.
Non-maintained: the emergency light units only illuminate in the event of a mains failure. This lighting would be from independent lighting circuits with a means of isolation and test points.
DMI Fire and Security will only ever specify products designed and manufactured to meet the exacting requirements of this industry.
