DMI are capable of maintaining multiple systems types and manufacturers on new and existing systems with bespoke maintenance packages to suit each individual client’s needs.

We operate a fully electronic software package with our engineers utilising the most up to date handheld technology systems.  This allows for LIVE updates of works progression via auto emailing of works sheets to our clients designated contact.  The system also benefits from a web based password protected portal where our clients can review all recorded works either in progress and also historical, all engineering report documentation can be retrospectively be downloaded to review each systems PPM compliance.

Our maintenance contracts ensure our customers are visited systematically, with detailed inspections carried out at each visit, to the required standard and code of practice laid down by ISO 9000. Our engineers are also inspected for their performance, by internal and external audits.
We offer a full range of planned preventative and maintenance contracts to suit your needs, and also ensure that your equipment remains compliant with current regulation and legislation.
